Well I remember from my old CS clan we used to have forum money. For every posts you get x amount of money and every thread made you get x*1.5 amount of money. Then, if you wanted a service or something done, you could donate your money to someone (So if someone makes a sig shop, they can pay the person the amount it costs for a sig up front). It was really cool =)
